CMIPD supports seminars, workshops, grand rounds, practical training, curriculum development and continuing professional development shaped around staff and patient needs.

We support multidisciplinary case discussion, service review, team communication and coordinated patient-specific planning across medical, nursing and allied professions.

Outreach activities include health education, preventive screening, clinical consultation, maternal and child health support, counselling and referral guidance.

CMIPD works with partners to identify needs, coordinate medical equipment and supplies, document donations and support institutions as resources enter practice.

We support research collaboration, service evaluation, professional knowledge exchange and publication of lessons that can strengthen care and training.
We discuss the institution, workforce, available resources and patient priorities.
Scope, learning outcomes, responsibilities and practical requirements are set together.
We carry out the work, gather feedback and identify the next useful step.
